Beautiful Taiwanese Supermodel Akemi Katsuki

Beautiful Taiwanese Supermodel Akemi Katsuki

At 15, she was a lingerie model. Four years on, Akemi Katsuki has become the hottest pin-up babe in Taiwan after supermodel Lin Zhi Ling. Described by the Taiwanese media as having the dazzling smile of an angel but the voluptuous curves of a devil, this Japanese-Brazilian lolita is easily the subject of every man's fantasy and every woman's envy.

She was born in Brazil, raised in Tokyo and lived for a spell in Hong Kong. But it was in Taiwan that Akemi Katsuki was to make it big.

She started modelling in Tokyo - clinching a Wacoal endorsement deal when she was 15 years old - but she soon left the catwalk to work in a factory when she felt that her career was stagnating. She wanted to try something different, but her boss felt that she was too slow and fired her at the end of the week.

She decided to try her luck in Hong Kong next, but that didn't go as smoothly as planned. Then as fate would have it, one day she was spotted at a show in Hong Kong by Taiwan's EMS International, and the rest is history.

Akemi is now based in Taipei, but keeps in touch with her parents who are still in Tokyo via phone and webcam. On whether her folks object to her donning skimpy lingerie or stripping for the camera, she said: 'My parents have always been supportive of my work.

Today, Akemi has become the face - and shapely body - of McDonald's, Wacoal lingerie, Ed Hardy clothing, Webzen computer games, Panasonic digital cameras and her latest, Neutrogena facial masks.
