Jodie Prenger transformed into Nancy as she gets set for West End debut in Oliver!

These are the first pictures of I'd Do Anything winner Jodie Prenger in character as Nancy for the West End show Oliver!.

The show is set to begin its run at the Theatre Royal in London's Drury Lane on December 12.

It will preview during December before its official opening in January.

Prenger captivated the hearts of the country after she won the BBC talent search in June.

The TV show was presented by Graham Norton and Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber was one of the judges.

Prenger, 29, emerged as a surprise winner, with Lloyd Webber and the musical's producer Cameron Mackintosh making it clear they preferred finalist Jessie Buckley.

The one hundred plus cast and orchestra will bring to life Charles Dickens's timeless characters with its ever-popular story of the boy who asked for more.

Rowan Atkinson stars as Fagin, the criminal mastermind who teaches a gang of children how to pick a pocket or two in exchange for a roof over their heads.
