Shoe Queen SJP had no less than four pairs of Nicholas Kirkwood shoes given to her for the premiere of Sex and the City 2. However it seems that Sarah Jessica just couldn't keep these beauties in their box and wore them several times before they finally made an appearance on her tootsies at the SATC 2 after party.
