Repeated denials have failed to quash reports in the U.S. media that Angelina Jolie is three-months pregnant.

But rather than worry about the rumours the mother-of-six fell back on a tried and tested method to end them.

Angelina pulled on an unforgiving slim-fitting tailored dress as she took her eldest son Maddox on a shopping trip in New Orleans yesterday.

And despite giving birth to twins Vivienne and Know just four months ago she showed off an enviably flat stomach, perhaps finally putting the stories to rest.

The actress showed off her figure as she and seven-year-old Maddox got in some early Christmas shopping at the Little Top Shop in the French Quarter of New Orleans.

The shop is known for stocking tiny collectible figurines and die-cast miniatures, toys and puzzles.

And Angelina and her son enjoyed VIP treatment when the store owner closed down so they could enjoy a private shopping trip on Sunday.

Maddox carefully carried a small blue pouch as they left the store, perhaps with his pocket money stowed inside.

It used to be that guests steered clear of wearing black or white to weddings, but Eva Longoria Parker wasn't going to be put off by an old fashioned convention.

The Desperate Housewives star combined both colours to dazzling effect in a zebra print gown in Puerto Rico at the weekend.

She was attending the nuptials of Without A Trace actress Roselyn Sanchez and Brothers And Sisters actor Eric Winter.

Eva's choice of floor-length gown wasn't without upset however. Another guest managed to step on it as they arrived, pinning her in position.

But the 33-year-old took the mishap in good humour, laughing along with her fellow guests.

Eva teemed the over-the-top gown with a short updo and simple accessories.

Just two months ago the actress spoke out to deny pregnancy rumours, after she was pictured looking bigger than usual.

The petite star, married to basketball player Tony Parker, hit back at the claims, insisting she was merely 'a little rounder' after giving up exercise over the summer.

'I've stopped working out and gained about seven pounds over the summer, which is a lot for a small person,' she said.

When she was pictured looking sensational in a red bikini this summer, Helen Mirren insisted that the image was too good to be true.

Yesterday, with her hair dripping wet, she looked a little more like a woman of 63.

The Oscar-winning British actress was pictured while snorkelling in Hawaii. The red swimsuit had been replaced with a less flattering halter-neck two-piece while her tan had faded and she was wearing no make-up.

The initial picture - taken near her Italian holiday home in July --had surprised even Dame Helen herself. She said of it: 'I am beyond the bikini-wearing age, really. I wouldn't normally wear one.

'The truth is I don't really look that good. I look like a woman in her 60s. I've always looked awful in a bikini, even when I was younger.'

Dame Helen, who won the Best Actress Oscar for her title role in The Queen in 2006, is busier than ever and working on six different film projects. She is in Hawaii filming an alternative version of Shakespeare's The Tempest

Jodie Prenger transformed into Nancy as she gets set for West End debut in Oliver!

These are the first pictures of I'd Do Anything winner Jodie Prenger in character as Nancy for the West End show Oliver!.

The show is set to begin its run at the Theatre Royal in London's Drury Lane on December 12.

It will preview during December before its official opening in January.

Prenger captivated the hearts of the country after she won the BBC talent search in June.

The TV show was presented by Graham Norton and Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber was one of the judges.

The outspoken 44-year-old says she once visited a doctor about having the procedure but he refused to let her go ahead with it.

The star, who was once married to Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain, made the shock admission in the January issue of Elle magazine.

'I might have been fat, but I wasn’t that fat. I tried lipo on my stomach after that. It was horrible and it didn’t work.’

During the revealing interview, Love also talks about family life, fashion and how she and Russell Brand are just good friends.
